We conduct a photo check for every new order and will email you if a different photo is needed. Ensuring you provide a high-quality photo is your responsibility, and low-quality photos will not yield high-spec designs. If we request a new photo and you do not provide it, we cannot offer a refund.

Orders are shipped from our production houses in the UK, USA, Europe, or Asia, depending on stock levels.
